TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Policy

  • All new participants are welcome to one free trial for a class.
  • All bookings are taken on a pay as you go and first come first served basis. However, you can also choose to book in block, a term at a time.
  • The participant must be registered by completing the booking process using the JoinIn portal to secure their place on a class or event.
  • Non-registered children cannot participate and children that are registered but have not booked in advance cannot be guaranteed a place on the class or event.
  • All fees are payable on booking and administered by our secure online payment provider London & Zurich.
  • Early bird discounts apply 48 hours prior to the start of a class and 2 weeks in advance of the start of a holiday camp and masterclass.

Refund Policy

A refund or credit for the fees paid is provided:
  • If Pivotal Netball Academy Ltd cancels a class or event.
  • If Pivotal Netball Academy Ltd changes the dates, times or venue of a class or event that you have booked on, and you are unable to attend the new dates, times or venue.
  • If you cancel in writing at least 48 hours in advance of the start of your class or event. This should be done by completing the ‘Contact Us’ form on the website: pivotalnetball.com/contact-us
  • At the discretion of Pivotal Netball Academy Ltd.
A refund or credit for the fees paid will not be provided:
  • If you cancel within 48 hours of the start of your class or event.
  • If you fail to attend a class or event and provide no notice or notice within 48 hours of the start of the class or event.

Inclement Weather Policy

  • In the event the outdoor facilities are deemed unsafe to use for the class or event, where possible, indoor facilities at the venue will be used.
  • In the event there are no indoor facilities available and the class or event must be cancelled, you will be emailed at least 30 minutes before the start or your class or event.
  • A refund or credit is provided if Pivotal Netball Academy Ltd cancels a class or event.

Merchandise Policy

  • By placing an order, the customer accepts that the order is final. We will try to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests but cannot guarantee it will be possible.
  • Cancellations that are requested by the customer may be subject to a charge, as we may have already prepared artwork, ordered stock that we do not hold or re-organised our production line.
  • Garments offered are subject to availability.
  • Garment sizes given on the site are provided by the manufacturer. They are reasonably accurate and ‘industry standard’ but are given as a guide only.
  • For products that are personalised and printed to order, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange. Personalised items will only be eligible for a refund or exchange if the garment itself is faulty.
  • Non personalised items can be returned up to 28 days after purchase is received. Items must be unused and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact).
  • Orders will be processed on the 1st Saturday of every month and available for the customer to collect 7 days later at a class or event. We do not offer a delivery service.

Liability Policy

  • Pivotal Netball Academy Ltd maintains public liability insurance with AXA XL for Sports Associations and Coaching.
  • Pivotal Netball Academy Ltd is responsible for participant and equipment safety, emergency procedures and first aid during its classes and events.
  • Pivotal Netball Academy Ltd takes no responsibility for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings brought to its classes and events.
  • Parent/carers are responsible for their own travel arrangements for participants to and from all classes and events.
